Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and delivering engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care.
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Support the daily routines of the nursery, including mealtimes, naps, and outdoor play.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe environment.
Observe and document children’s progress, contributing to their individual learning journeys.
What We’re Looking For
A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A positive, proactive, and caring attitude.
Level 2 or 3 in Early Years Education is desirable but not essential.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
