Are you passionate about supporting young children with Autism and additional needs? Prospero Teaching are looking for SEN Teaching Assistant that would like to join our dedicated team at a specialist early years provision, designed to nurture and develop students aged 3-8 years in a supportive and engaging environment.

About the Role:
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Specialist Early Years Teaching Assistants to support children in small class groups (6-8 students). Our provision offers:

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with Autism or additional needs (preferred)
A patient, positive and proactive approach
A commitment to inclusive education and child development
Strong communication and Teamwork skills

Key Responsibilities:

Providing tailored support for children with Autism and other additional needs
Assisting in the delivery of engaging and structured learning activities
Supporting students in their personal and social development
Collaborating with teachers and therapists to create a nurturing environment
