Connect2SocialWork are looking for an experienced, professional, and caring Deputy Manager for a 24-bed home in Waltham Forest.

Requirements:

Must have managerial experience working in residential care home for older people living with Dementia.
Smart, reliable with good communication skills.
Confident to run the service, shift lead and work alongside the manager.
Applicants should have minimum relevant care qualification, such as NVQ Level 4, QCF, or equivalent
Ability to demonstrate an excellent leadership skill.
Must have full knowledge of Care Quality Commission.

Hours of work/pay:

36 hours per week
£18.40 per hour
