£70,000 - £80,000 per annum

We’re looking for an In-House Solicitor to play a key role in providing expert legal advice across our UK and global operations.

You’ll work closely with key stakeholders, helping to shape business decisions, mitigate risks, and support strategic growth across the UK.

What You’ll Be Doing

* You’ll play a key role in drafting and negotiating agreements, ensuring we minimise risk and maximise opportunities across supplier, customer, and reseller agreements.

* Your expertise will also extend to support dispute resolution, intellectual property, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.

* You’ll have the chance to work on strategic partnerships, manage commercial risks, and provide legal guidance on everything from M&A activity to employment law matters.

* You will oversee compliance with data protection laws (GDPR), Companies House requirements, and global governance policies.

What We’re Looking For

* Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with strong commercial and corporate law experience.

* You’ll be a confident drafter, a problem-solver, and someone who’s comfortable working independently and proactively.

* We’d love to hear from you if you’re an all-rounder who embraces a challenge and enjoys working in a fast-moving business.

* In-house experience, especially in the technology or electrification sector, is a bonus, but not essential.
