Job title: Administrative assistant- L7

Location: Glasgow

Contract: 6-month FTC

Pay rate: £15.40p/h

SRG are looking for an administrative assistant to work with a global beverage company based in Glasgow Scotland. As an administrative assistant you would be responsible for liaising with various sites across Scotland, providing administrative support, managing files and providing reports.

If you are someone with proven data entry skills and experience, we would love to hear from you. Experience with common office equipment (Scanners, fax machines) would also be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for verification of data to meet criteria, training will be provided.

Travelling to various sites and pulling and uploading documents relating to employee training to digital folders.

Track data completion rates and present at weekly meetings.

Requirements:

Proven data entry work experience, such as a Data Entry officer or office clerk.
Familiarity with data programmes and MS office.
Good typing speed and literacy skills.
Attention to detail.
Full UK drivers license- This role will involve travelling 2-3 days a week (Mileage expensed)
