Salary: £65,000

We are currently recruiting for a senior employment lawyer to join our clients expanding team based in Northampton. If you thrive in a working environment that is collegiate and supportive where the collective goal is to be exemplary, this could be the role for you!

ABOUT YOU

Qualified solicitor with excellent technical skills
10-15 years PQE in business-related employment law
Excellent team player with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude
Use of initiative to drive internal and client outcomes with minimal supervision
Demonstrated competence in management at a senior level
Flair for business development and attracting high calibre clients
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Proven billing track record
You have a great sense of humour, take your work seriously but not yourself too seriously!
