Permanent contract working 38.5 - 44 hours per week on days or night shifts
Competitive hourly pay rate of £13.50 per hour which is the equivelent of up to £30,888 per annum
A fantastic working environmentAs Senior Care Assistant, you will participate in the formulation of individual care plans for each resident to ensure that this information is person centred and updated on a regular basis.
What we are looking for in a Senior Care Assistant:
N/SVQ level 2 or 3 qualified
Diploma/ HNC in health and social care
There are others that may be considered to meet SSSC guidelines, but these are the main qualifications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, proactive approach and committed to delivering the highest standards of care
