TSA Surveying are working in partnership with a Multi-Disciplinary Company who are looking to recruit a Trainee Retrofit Coordinator ahead of SHF Wave 3, based in Lancashire.

This organisation has established networks in the Social Housing sector and has a broad range of core built environment disciplines. Originally a software provider that have now grown to deliver retrofit services on ECO4 as well as the Great British Installation Scheme. They are looking to take on trainee coordinators at the moment as they are going through a period of expansion and development, and want to invest in retrofit professionals who are looking for a future in the energy efficiency sector.

Collaborating with the Retrofit team to provide top-tier services under agreed client SLAs.
Supporting Retrofit Coordinators in producing high-quality retrofit documents like IOEs and MTPs using RDSap software.
Aiding in the development of retrofit designs alongside Retrofit Coordinators.
Helping Retrofit Coordinators with ventilation strategy creation.
Assisting with TrustMark lodgements to gain hands-on experience while pursuing the Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination.
Overseeing TrustMark audits and coordinating with external installers.
The candidate they are looking for will have

Ability to read and understand specifications and scope of works.
2 years of experience in the eco industry
Relevant idustry level 3 qualifcations such as: Retrofit Assessor, Domestic Energy Assessor, Retrofit Advisor, Older and Traditional Building 
Ambition to progress within the energy efficiency sector
