Key Duties Include:

* Brick and Block laying
* Plumbing
* Plastering
* Tiling Floors and Walls
* General Building
* Carpentry
* Joinery
* Labouring
* Painting and Decorating
* Lock Fitting / Repairs
* Door Fitting / Repairs
* Window and Glass Fitting
* Groundworks
* Roofing

The successful candidate will have prior experience working a multi discipline role, an NVQ or City & Guilds in a relevant disicpline and a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role or construction environment.
