The Partner of a Leicester based Cost and Project Management consultancy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a successful track record of delivering projects within the built environment.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor’s role

The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will join a supportive and positive working environment, with a healthy pipeline of projects including industrial /logistic based schemes.

The new Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for carrying out pre and post contract services, as well as leading on specific industrial projects from inception to completion, all with the support of the Leicester office.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

* Based in the East Midlands (ideally Leicester or surrounding cities)

* Completed a RICS accredited / Quantity Surveying degree

* MRICS or 5+ years PQS/Consultancy experience

* Industrial project experience would be a massive bonus

* Team player, strong communication skills, good pre and post contract knowledge

* £55,000 - £65,000
