We are looking for an experienced and adaptable Supply Teacher to join our team at Vision for Education. This role is ideal for a dedicated educator who is ready to step into various classrooms and provide high-quality teaching and support to our students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons across different subjects and year groups, following the school’s curriculum.
- Manage classroom behavior and create a positive learning environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback where necessary.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure continuity of learning for students.
- Adapt lesson plans to meet the needs of diverse learners.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience in teaching, with a strong understanding of the UK curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different classroom settings.
