What you'll be doing:

You will be responsible for assessing and scoping of all project work within Veolia Pensions Department (VPD), including projects for both the Company and the Trustee. You will work with all other VPD members to assist them with their projects:

Planning
Resource management
Resolving problems and delays
Monitoring of deadlines & chasing for progress and completion
Reviewing completed projects to assess what worked well and what could have been improved (i.e. learnings debrief)And by building and maintaining strong relationships with key contacts within other Veolia Departments (such as our Comms Teams) and external suppliers (such as Isio), you will take responsibility for all communication exercises for both Trustee and Company, whether a distinct communications project or the communication phase for other projects.

Taking the lead on Team Strategy for Efficiency, you will work with all other VPD members, other Veolia Depts and external suppliers on process improvements and agreeing more efficient procedures and work closely with the Data & Statistics Analyst in developing reporting requirements and data analysis for both recurring projects and on an ad hoc basis.

What we're looking for:

Experience of successfully running and completing projects relating to Pension schemes. Experience of PensionsPal or similar online trustee secretariat and governance tools would be advantageous.
IT literacy, including intermediate skills with Google Sheets/Excel are required, and any exposure to Workday would also be highly advantageous.
Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently and the ability to self prioritise effectively, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
