About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef. As the Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day kitchen operations, maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene, and leading a talented team of chefs.

The role offers an excellent opportunity for a Senior Sous Chef looking to step up and take on a leadership role or a Head Chef looking to continue their career development.

Key Responsibilities:.

Create, develop, and execute daily menus, with a focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients.
Manage stock, ordering, and kitchen supplies to ensure smooth operation and cost control.
Maintain excellent health and safety, hygiene, and food safety standards.
Train and develop kitchen staff
About You:

Previous experience in a senior kitchen role, ideally with a background in Italian cuisine would be beneficial.
Proven experience in banqueting
Strong leadership and communication skills,

Competitive salary: £58-65k per annum plus service charge.
