We are working with a car finance broker specializing in providing tailored financial solutions to independent car dealerships. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager.

Role Overview

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with independent car dealerships, promoting finance products, and helping them secure the best finance deals for their customers. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for sales and finance, looking to work in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business Development: Actively seek out new independent car dealership clients, build strong relationships, and understand their needs.

* Account Management: Manage and maintain a portfolio of existing dealerships, ensuring excellent customer service and consistent sales growth.

* Sales: Promote a range of car finance products to dealerships, ensuring they understand the benefits and how they can increase sales using finance.

* Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact for dealerships, providing timely and professional advice on finance options.

* Targets: Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.

* Negotiation: Confidently negotiate terms with dealerships to secure favorable deals for all parties.

* Market Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to provide valuable insights to clients.

What We’re Looking For:

* Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within the car finance or automotive industry.

* Strong network within the independent car dealership sector is a plus.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Target-driven with a passion for hitting and exceeding sales goals.

* Good understanding of car finance products and the needs of dealerships.

* A self-motivated, proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
