Multi-Skilled Air Conditioning Engineer – Facilities Management – Mobile, North West
 
About the Company  
 
Our client is an established independent Facilities Management services provider looking for a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer with Air Conditioning bias to cover commercial client sites in the North West area.
 
Standard work hours will be: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

Air Conditioning qualifications (F Gas)
Good competency level in electrical, mechanical and fabric trade
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations
Experience working with CAFM systems
Basic IT literacy
Effective communication skills Multi-Skilled AC Engineer – Responsibilities  

Complete PPM and Reactive works, minor improvements and capital work to include all Air Conditioning works as well as Electrical and Mechanical (within competency)
Ensure work is completed in accordance with Health & Safety regulations and contract specifications.
Address minor fabric issues.
Provide engineering condition reports and quotations as required. About Us
