Role Overview:

As a Mechanical Site Manager, you’ll be managing the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems at their Food Manufacturing Facility. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You’ll also manage team performance, safety compliance, and project financials.

Key Responsibilities:

* Project Management: Plan, oversee, and deliver mechanical projects efficiently.

* Team Leadership: Supervise and support a team of mechanical fitters, pipe fitters, and welders.

* Installations: Oversee mechanical system installations, ensuring safety and quality.

* Budgeting: Manage project costs and drive cost-saving initiatives.

* Compliance: Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety protocols.

What We’re Looking For:

* Mechanical Engineering Qualification (Apprentice trained)

* Relevant Certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, SSSTS, NICEIC Qualified Supervisor)

* 10+ Years’ Experience in mechanical installation and management, ideally in FMCG

* Strong leadership, technical, and project management skills
