Job Title: Multi Tradesman - Property Services

Location: Northampton

Temp to perm work Monday- Friday.

Working via the council.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct repairs and maintenance work in council homes to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Perform a wide range of multi-trade tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, tiling, and general maintenance. Focusing on VOID properties.
Diagnose issues and provide effective solutions to ensure the timely completion of repairs.
Adhere to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
Communicate effectively with residents and colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and service targets.
PDA (personal data assistant) to operate effectivley and efficently according to NNC business objectives

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Multi Tradesman in the property services sector.
CSCS, NVQ, willing to do DBS check. Own tools, drivers licence and full ppe.
A strong background in multiple trades, including plumbing, carpentry, plastering, and tiling.
Relevant trade qualifications and certifications are highly desirable.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.Van and fuel card will be provided within this role. Minimum 6 points and a valid UK drivers' licence.
