Shifts: Rotating Monday to Friday
6am-2pm | 2pm-10pm | 10pm-6am

Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Plant Maintenance Technician, you'll be a key player in ensuring our equipment and facilities run at peak performance. Your daily tasks will include:

? Installing, repairing & maintaining machinery to minimise downtime
? Diagnosing & fixing mechanical and operational issues
? Keeping accurate records of maintenance and performance data
? Suggesting & implementing improvements to boost productivity
? Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards
? Training operators on equipment safety
? Managing spare parts inventory to eliminate unnecessary downtime

What We're Looking For

Essential:
NVQ/City & Guilds/HNC or equivalent degree/apprenticeship
Experience in plant maintenance

Desirable:
Injection moulding experience
