We are seeking a Mechanical Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic team for an exciting data centre project in Finland. Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all mechanical cost aspects of the data centre project
Prepare accurate and detailed bills of quantities
Conduct cost analysis and financial forecasts to maintain budget control
Ensure procurement processes are efficient and cost-effective
Collaborate closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors
Manage variations, change orders, and contract administration
Provide regular progress reports to senior management and stakeholders
Work within project deadlines and ensure all financial objectives are met
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on mechanical systems
Experience in data centre projects or large-scale industrial builds is highly desirable
Strong knowledge of mechanical installations including HVAC, pipework, and fire protection systems
Proficiency in cost management software and Excel
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
Willingness to relocate to Finland or already based locally
