We are looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working on a major highways infrastructure project. This is a hybrid role, requiring at least 3 days per week in the office or on-site in London or Woking, with flexibility for remote work on other days. About the role of Senior Quantity Surveyor
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the financial and contractual management of a significant highways infrastructure project. You will be responsible for overseeing cost control, risk management, and commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring it is delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities for Senior Quantity Surveyor

Manage all financial aspects of the highways infrastructure project.
Prepare cost estimates, forecasts, and regular financial reports.
Administer contracts under NEC conditions, ensuring compliance and managing claims.
Work closely with the project management team to monitor progress and control costs.
Oversee subcontractor payments, variations, and final accounts.
Ensure efficient communication with key stakeholders and provide commercial support.Requirements for Senior Quantity Surveyor

Minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor.
Experience working on major infrastructure projects, with highways experience being ideal.
Strong knowledge and experience working with NEC contracts.
Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills.
