A rapidly growing Advanced Manufacturing company at the forefront of Quantum Technology is now looking for a Product Development Team Leader to lead and manage the multidisciplinary engineering team.

You will lead and motivate the Product Development Team to meet company objectives, customer requirements and product deliverables.

Your responsibilities will include line management of the team, project management of the development activities, delivery of product development roadmap and working closely the sales and delivery teams on customer lead activities.

Where necessary you will trouble shoot and solve problems with facilities.

Further you will ensure all development documentation is kept up to date.

You should have strong attention to detail, demonstrate initiative and enjoy working in a structured but adaptable manner.

Experience:

As the successful Team Leader, you should have strong experience of line management, leading a multidisciplinary engineering team in a similar manufacturing environment.

Knowledge and experience of manufacturing optics, photonics, lasers or fiber optics is essential for this role.

Qualifications:

Ideally you should have a relevant degree or gained equivalent knowledge through working in a similar industry.

Additional information:

Candidates MUST hold a full clean UK Driving Licence.
