Customer Services Advisor
Our client in the Coalville area are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team on a full time permanent basis.
The main purpose of the role will be to:
Complete the day to day duties within the department
Provide excellent customer service on the telephone, face to face and via email
Manage customer accounts
Overview of the role
Process purchase orders on SAPs
Handle incoming calls and resolve queries alongside building good customer relationships
Follow processes and procedures within the department
Work to deadlines, Prioritise work load and multitask
Provide customer back order reports on a weekly basis using the reporting system on SAP
Manage multiple email accounts and respond accordingly
Stock Checks, Pricing and product lead times
Dealing with customer discrepancies, investigating and logging reports using excel
Chasing deliveries, Giving ETA’s and requesting POD’s

Hours of work:
8.30am - 5pm (1hour lunch) Mon - Thurs
8.30am - 4.30pm (30 min lunch) Fri
Salary up to £22,500 for relevant experience
