HGV 1 DRIVER

Pertemps driving division are looking for HGV 1 drivers to join our team within the West Midlands area to cover seasonal bookings with one of our prestigious customers based in Wednesbury.

The role will entail and not limited to:

* Conducting daily pre-journey safety checks, ensuring the truck remains in a safe, roadworthy condition reporting any issues.

* Driving C+E vehicles with Box and curtain sider trailers

* Internal and external deliveries, Depot to depot deliveries/collections.

* Trunking work

* Trailer swapping

* Yard shunting/movements

Benefits:

* Flexible working hours

* Block bookings in advance

PAYE PAY:

* Days - 17.00

* Nights - £18.00

* Saturday - £20.00

* Sunday - £21.00

To be considered for this HGV 1 driver role you will need:

* Category C+E entitlement (MUST HAVE HELD FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS)

* 6 Months experience driving C+E vehicle

* Valid Tacho and DQC cards

* Friendly, professional, and dedicated to great customer service

* Flexible approach to work and willingness to support when needed
