Our UK facility serves as the European Maintenance Centre Hub for the SHE Group, providing level 1 to level 3 maintenance and repairs on complex helicopter engine components. What will I be doing?
The role supports the physical and electronic flow of spares, components, and engines to the maintenance centre and manufacturing work centres.

Manage daily and weekly work plans using the ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning, specific to logistics & warehouse).
Ensure adherence to stock management systems through accurate ERP system administration.
Assist with daily physical picking, kitting, and material movement using the ERP system.
Manage SLED (Shelf Life Expiry Date) controlled materials through the ERP system.
Meet cycle count targets by conducting physical counts and processing results via the ERP system.
Support the team with 5S projects.
Build and maintain relationships with key internal customers.
Fully comply with quality and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and procedures.
Unload daily deliveries.
Process goods receipts following ERP system procedures.
Store parts in designated locations using appropriate lifting equipment.
Process goods movements using the ERP system.
Cut raw material bars into smaller pieces and electronically issue materials through the ERP system.
Kit and issue raw materials to the machine shop, both physically and electronically, as per procedures.
Maintain correct stock levels in the right locations, both physically and electronically.
Contribute to continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.Why us?
