Position: Client Accountant.
Salary: £16 - £16.50 per hour.
Location: Gloucester.

Overview:
We are seeking a Client Accountant to join our Property Management team. This role is essential for ensuring that all office services are delivered accurately and on time. Candidates should have experience in a finance role within a property management setting and possess a solid understanding of client accounting requirements. Proficiency in MS Excel is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process receipts and assist with banking cash and cheques.
* Verify creditor invoices and handle invoice and supplier inquiries.
* Complete weekly payment runs.
* Generate client statements and ad-hoc reports.
* Raise and process charges, including tenant and internal invoices.
* Maintain records for clients, tenants, and creditors.
* Review and submit VAT returns for clients.
* Assist with incoming calls and other ad-hoc tasks within the Property Management team.
Qualifications:
* Ideally AAT qualified at Level 3 or above, or currently studying towards it; similar qualifications may be considered.
* Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with colleagues and clients.
* Highly organized with a keen eye for detail, able to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
* Adaptable and eager to learn new skills and methods.
* Proactive and capable of collaborating effectively within a team.
