PROJECT ENGINEER

Delta NEU Limited is the UK subsidiary of the international NEU-JKF Group and has over 40 years’ experience in air technologies.

Delta NEU design and sell solutions for dust control, waste extraction and industrial ventilation across a range of industries in particular, corrugated board, carton, can and food.

We are now recruiting for an experienced PROJECT ENGINEER to join our established engineering team based at our offices in Stockport

THE ROLE:

* Reporting to the Engineering Manager

* Responsible for managing projects from sales handover to customer delivery

* Liaising with the Sales Manager, Design Engineer and Site Engineer

* Specifying, purchasing, sub-contractor progressing and delivery

* Installation organisation and preparation of site documentation H&S/RAMS

* Assisting in commissioning

* Liaising with the Finance Director on project costs

* Attending weekly project review meetings

THE REQUIREMENTS:

* A strong customer focus

* Excellent level of communication skills

* Experience of working on customer sites

* Willing to travel throughout the UK

* Educated to HNC level Mechanical or Electro-Mechanical

* 3 years’ industrial experience with a technical background in a similar role

* You may be required to undertake occasional overseas travel, including training in France
