Your new company

* Working for one of the leading Facilities Management provider, covering a brand-new contracts across the West London, working on a mobile basis to provide maintenance services on over 18 sites.

Your new role

* Working on behalf of a leading Facilities Management companies that have won a long-term Hard services contracts.

* You will be providing Planned (PPM) and Reactive maintenance on a range of Commercial Refrigerators and Chillers across 18 sites around the Basingstoke area.

* Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of Chillers/AC and building services equipment, PPM’s, and Reactive works.

* This role is working Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm with 1-hours lunch.

* Tools and equipment are provided.

* Working with a CAFM system to ensure that all maintenance is logged in a correct format to the SFG-20 standards.

What you'll need to succeed

* We are keen to speak to Engineers who are AC/Refrigerant Qualified with their FGAS Qualification and ideally a Level 2 in Mechanical/HVAC/AC/Refrigeration NVQ or City and Guilds.

* Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships,

* Must live within a commutable distance of West London.
