We are currently seeking experienced Cover Supervisors to join our team, where prior school-based work is essential.

Position Overview:
As an Experienced Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity in students' education in the absence of their regular teacher. You will deliver pre-planned lessons, manage classroom behavior, and support students to ensure their academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons confidently and effectively.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning.
Implement strong behavior management strategies and address disturbances constructively.
Provide tailored support for students, including those with SEN, to help them achieve their goals.
Collaborate with teaching staff and school administration to ensure lessons run smoothly and efficiently.Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience working in UK schools is mandatory.
Strong classroom management skills with adaptability to different learning environments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A positive attitude and commitment to helping students succeed.
Ability to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £110.00 - £150.00 per day
