Lead IT Buyer – Scunthorpe – £35,000
 
An established and fast-paced business in North Lincolnshire is embarking on the development of their Procurement function, hence are seeking a Lead IT Buyer for a newly created role to drive this development. Reporting to the IT Service Delivery Manager, this exciting business operates with a very strong work ethic, and owing to a period of growth are now looking at adding heads in a number of different areas.

Salary up to £30,000

Lead IT Buyer responsibilities:

Close cross functional collaboration with internal stakeholders
Implementation of Procurement strategy for the business
Overseeing delivery of projects within the IT function
Full Procurement process ownership
Both operational and strategic Procurement
Supplier identification with pricing negotiation and contract management
Senior level interaction with both internal and external stakeholders and influencing to secure best outcome for the business 
 Required Skills & Experience:

CIPS, or working towards (desirable)
Stakeholder management and influencing
Procurement framework management
Supplier assessment and dashboards
Tendering and negotiation
