Manpower is currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Swavesey (Cambridge).

Working Hours:
3-week rotating shift pattern as follows:
Week 1: 07:00 until 15:00 - Monday to Friday
Week 2: 09:00 until 17:00 - Monday to Thursday, 08:00 until 16:00 - Saturday
Week 3: 13:00 until 21:00 - Monday to Friday

Are you the right person for the job?

Previous warehouse experience is not necessary
Good timekeeping and organisational skills
A capable mindset, being able to carry out high intensity teamwork
Accurate counting abilities and a clear capability of checking different dates and lines on incoming and outgoing products
The ability to follow clear instruction
A motivated and hard-working attitude
The ability to work in a warehouse environment individually or as part of a larger teamWhat will your role look like?

Moving merchandise from one place to another using manual pallet trucks
Unloading and loading vehicles
Compliance with relevant Health and Safety standards
Picking and packing goods to a high level of accuracy whilst maintaining our high standards
Performing accurate goods in checks and put away
Labelling packaging, and products, unpacking and repacking goods, without damage.
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment by performing general housekeeping where necessary
In addition, floor staff must maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse floor, racking areasWhat can you expect in return?
