We are seeking committed Production Operatives for a renowned organisation based in Tibshelf. You will be working as a valued and vital member of the team, ensuring that their production operations are running as smoothly as possible and in line with targets and objectives.

The Production Operatives Role;

* Working in a busy manufacturing environment

* Responsible for production process from raw materials through to finished goods

* Packing products efficiently and sending them through to despatch

* Checking the quality of products for any nonconformance

* Working towards KPIs and targets

* Able to work the rotating shifts

* Strong communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

* Compliance with health & safety procedures on site
