Senior Quantity Surveyor - Tier 1 - Major Life Science Project - Cambridge
This leading tier 1 has an immediate requirement for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor in the Life Sciences sector.
For this Senior Quantity Surveyor role, you will have been involved in projects over £50m in value and from the tender stage through to completion and agreeing the final account. You will be experienced with working with the client on projects and monthly reporting directly to the Commercial Director.
As a proven, experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have worked within the building sector for over 10yrs. You may have a wide project portfolio consisting of commercial office builds, healthcare, education and pharmaceutical projects. If you have work on laboratories and other healthcare or research facilities this would be ideal experience.
The project you will be the Senior Quantity Surveyor, is a £100m new build scientific research facility in Cambridge. It is essential to have worked with a top 10 major contractor. You will have specific knowledge in the life sciences or commercial office building with steep frame construction.
