About your role:
You will be responsible for the creation and management of long-term, trusting relationships, primarily within our ever expanding portfolio of energy saving schemes in the healthcare sector. There is a requirement to be office based in Salford for 3 days per week. Along with hybrid working there is a requirement for nationwide travel for customer visits.
This role sits in our UK and Ireland services business where we build, operate, and maintain clean energy assets to help large public sector and industrial customers decarbonise to meet net zero targets. This includes sourcing green energy, providing project design and delivery expertise, financing options, and industry leading operational capabilities to deliver energy efficiency and save customers money, helping them balance the demands of planet and profit.
Here's what we're looking for:
Serving as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
Building and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships
Negotiating contracts and ensuring contract compliance & commitments are achieved and exceeded
Conduct finance tracking including cost optimisation and forecasting
Working with team of analysts to deliver prompt, high quality reporting
Reviewing and signing off Measurement and Verification Reports for operational schemes
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify new opportunities
Review O&M contracts and ensure that all contractual obligations are met
Work closely with our O&M Team to identify reoccurring issues and drive continuous improvement
Promote the importance of safe service delivery and technical excellence
Collaborate with appropriate personnel for both preventive and reactive maintenance to be scheduled
Manage subcontractor relationships and contacts
Support project handovers between construction and O&M
Work experience in CHP, energy, utility or business to business
Proven track record customer service and satisfaction
Effective multi-tasking skills while maintaining excellent attention to detail for all responsible projects
Deadline oriented and capable of efficient time management
Aptitude for identifying ways to improve established procedures to ensure maximisation of resources
Financial and commercial acumen with experience in the measurement and verification of energy conservation measures
Able to quickly adapt to changing needs of projects
Good IT skills in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Microsoft Excel
