Contracts Manager (Demolition)
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + Benefits
Location: Bracknell (Operating sites in the Northern and Southern Home Counties)

You'll be part of a close-knit team focused on delivering high-quality projects across various sites in the Northern and Southern Home Counties.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee demolition contracts across multiple sites. You will be responsible for managing up to 10 jobs at a time, with project values ranging between £20k and £1.5m.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the planning and execution of demolition contracts

* Manage multiple projects simultaneously (up to 10 at a time)

* Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

* Work closely with the senior management team to drive growth

* Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery
