We are looking for a talented Electrician to join a friendly team to deliver electrical maintenance on social housing properties in Cornwall.

Job role details:

Work on building maintenance, improvement work and new installations on domestic properties
40 hours work per week
Salary of £38,491 per annum (plus 5% call out/multiskilled enhancement once probation completed) 
Requirements:

Full driving license
Level 3 Electrical qualification (or higher)
Good experience working on domestic electrical maintenance work

27 days holiday (plus BH)
Occupational Sick Pay at 3 month full pay and 3 month half pay
Pension 4% employer contribution which includes Death in Service Benefit 3x annual salary
