The Role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, you'll work across diverse portfolios, including residential, commercial, and public sector projects. You'll deliver a broad range of services, from project management and contract administration to building pathology and technical advisory work. This role offers the chance to manage high-profile projects and develop trusted client relationships in a cooperative, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct building surveys, defect analysis, and technical due diligence.
Manage refurbishment, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Prepare specifications, tender documents, and schedules of work.
Provide expert advice on building regulations, planning applications, and sustainability initiatives.
Support junior team members, contributing to their development and fostering a culture of excellence.About You

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused professional with:

MRICS qualification (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of the London property market.
Excellent technical knowledge across a wide range of building surveying disciplines.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex assignments.
