Qualifications and Experience:

* A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

* Part Qualified status (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) preferred.

* Proven experience in property accounting or a related industry.

* Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
