Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction sector.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
Provide expert advice on our range of timber products and solutions to meet customer needs.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the construction or timber industry.
Strong knowledge of timber products and construction processes is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach.
Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
A valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
