Senior Building Surveyor

Cityscape is currently partnered with a premier firm of chartered surveyors known for its rich heritage and global presence. As they expand rapidly, they are seeking a passionate Senior Building Surveyor to join their dynamic team in London.

Responsibilities:
- Nurture strong client relationships.
- Assist the consultancy team in project delivery.
- Conduct building surveys and site inspections.
- Create Schedules of Condition, Technical Reports, defect surveys, and PPM schedules.
- Develop Schedules of Work and Specifications for maintenance, construction, and development projects.
- Engage in Fund Monitoring activities.
- Work with external clients and consultant teams.

Key Skills Required:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent written reporting skills.
- Passion for a progressive career in the Built Environment.
- MRICS or equivalent qualification.
