A not-for-profit dedicated to serving millions of customers and protecting the sustainability of our environment are seeking an experienced IT Service Delivery Manager to oversee 24/7 IT services using the ITIL framework, and lead a dynamic, large team of professionals. Your goal will be to ensure IT services meet business needs and fit seamlessly into their cloud-first strategy.

What You’ll Do:

Lead a team to deliver round-the-clock IT services.

Develop IT service strategies that support our business goals.

Manage vendor relationships and maintain high service standards.

Continuously improve system performance and customer satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.

Ensure secure, reliable IT operations with minimal disruptions.

Who You’ll Work With:

IT leaders and the Senior Leadership Team, Business stakeholders and directors, Partners and third-party vendors.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in a senior IT service management role.

Strong background in ITIL Service Management in a 24/7 setting.

Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills.

Ability to juggle multiple priorities and build strong relationships.

Knowledge of IT contracts, financials, and process development.
