Job Description:

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a diverse portfolio of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion. You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties to ensure a smooth and efficient conveyancing process.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling a caseload of residential property transactions including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

* Conducting thorough title checks, property searches, and reviewing contracts.

* Liaising with clients, solicitors, and third parties to provide updates and resolve queries.

* Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage documents.

* Managing deadlines and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.

* Providing excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications and Experience:

* Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with a focus on residential conveyancing is preferred.

* Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.

* Comprehensive knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

* Proficiency with conveyancing software and case management systems.
