Description
As the Early Careers Recruitment Lead you will:
Lead the end-to-end recruitment of graduate, apprentice and placement trainees
Organise and facilitate assessment centres with the support of the Resourcing Administrator
Organise and attend graduate and school career fairs and events, building good relationships with schools and universities
Coordinating business representatives to support in the attendance of school and university events
Oversee the trainee onboarding process and induction process
Provide regular updates and report on the progress of trainee resourcing to hiring managers, the Talent Acquisition Manager, and other key stakeholders, providing supporting management information (MI)
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to ensure the right attraction and selection methods are in place to ensure they recruit the best possible talent in the market
Research and work with the wider team to implement innovative ways to engage with target audiences
Profile
A successful Early Careers Recruitment Lead should have:
Proven experience in managing Early Careers programmes, leading the end-to-end recruitment of graduate, apprentice and placement trainees
Excellent networking skills, particularly with educational institutions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to offer an excellent client service to hiring managers & candidateJob Offer
