Are you an experienced HR professional looking to make a real impact? Our client is seeking a proactive HR People Partner to provide vital HR support and guidance within a dynamic organisation. This role offers the opportunity to influence employee relations, performance management, and people development while ensuring compliance with local regulations and company standards.
To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:
Proven experience as an HR Partner or similar role.
Strong understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills with a consultative approach.
Ability to manage sensitive situations professionally and confidentially.
A CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
Within this position, you’ll also be:
Collaborate with managers to deliver expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
Support salary administration, benefits, and payroll processes to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Drive employee engagement and development initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
Partner with leadership teams to address organisational challenges and implement effective people strategies.
Ensure all HR policies and practices are applied consistently and fairly, maintaining regulatory compliance.
Salary & Working Hours
Salary is £28.84 per hour 4- 6 month temporary contract
Monday to Friday ideally but would consider part time/flexible hours
Must be able to commute to Stoke on Trent
