A great opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor to work for a highly reputable building services provider, managing the planned and reactive maintenance on a Commercial site in the City of London. Based near Fenchurch Street, the role will be working for a leading, privately owned, M&E company who continue to be successful in the market. 

Within this role you will be a Supervisor of a maintenance team of 3, working as the representative on site. You should hold Electrical qualifications to Level 3 C&G level or equivalent, with experience of undertaking planned and reactive maintenance, across electrical, mechanical and HVAC systems. You will also be responsible for log books, supervising contractors, other relevant paperwork and dealing directly with the client on site.

Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
BMS Operation
AHUs
FCUs
Generators
UPS Systems
VAV/VRFs
Water Treatment (Tap Tests, Dosing, Cooling Tower Checks, etc).
Pumps & Motors
Requirements

Electrical Installations NVQ / City and Guilds or equivalent qualifications
Apprentice trained - desirable
Building Services Maintenance experience
Supervisory / Lead Experience
Very Client facing
