Stafforce are looking for a Dynamic 360 Senior or Principle Recruitment Consultant to join our Regional Hub based in Gloucester. As part of our general staffing division, the role will be to promote our recruitment services across the Gloucestershire and Bristol areas.

This position would suit an ambitious recruitment Consultant who is looking for their next step in Recruitment for their personal development, who can demonstrate the below skills & knowledge;

- Previous Business Development experience

- Experience of working within the Recruitment Industry

- Ability to forge business relationships

- Strong Verbal and Written communication skills

You will be responsible for;

- Identifying new business opportunities

- Perform agreed sales activity & achieve financial targets

- Ensure candidate pool is managed effectively

- Admin tasks inclusive of payroll & candidate engagement

- Servicing of clients and ensuring the staff requested are placed swiftly
