Role: Legal Cashier
Location: Manchester
Position: Full-time (Flexible hours) though part-time is an option
Salary: £25-30k Dependent on experience)

Role Overview:
Leading Manchester based law firm that is well established in the housing litigation sector seeks a Legal Cashier to join their team. The role primarily supports the Accounts department, ensuring compliance with Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and other regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Bank Reconciliations (Client & Office)

* Posting disbursement invoices

* Raising client bills

* Processing payments and receipts

* Credit Card Reconciliation

* Liaising with third parties and bailiffs as needed

* Various ad-hoc duties for smooth business operations

Your Profile:

* Minimum 2 years of experience as a Legal Cashier

* Proclaim case management experience (advantageous)

* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

* Highly organised with keen attention to detail

* Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
