On behalf of our client, KCS are looking for dedicated and hardworking individuals for an office block strip-out project in Leatherhead, Surrey!

Details:

* Rate: £120 per day

* Duration: Approx. 3 weeks

* Location: Leatherhead, Surrey

Job Description:

This is a hands-on role that involves stripping out everything in an office block. You’ll be required to:

* Knock down plasterboard walls

* Cut out metalwork

* Rip up carpets

* Remove kitchen units, toilets, and all fixtures

* Clear the building, leaving only concrete floors and brick walls

Requirements:

* Comfortable and experienced with tools

* Physically capable of handling the tasks involved

* Reliable and ready to work in a fast-paced environment

* Must have CSCS card, Right to work and own PPE.
