Job role-Social Worker - TICAT Pathway 1 TICAT (Hospital Social Work Team)
Pay rate- £34.00 p/h Umbrella
Location-Based at Princess Royal Hospital team , and will also need to do client visits and work from home

About the role:
social worker who has experience in enablement services who can complete Enablement reviews and care act assessments, Mental Capacity Act assessments and Best Interests. Experience of asset based approach, completing CHC checklists, person centred approach and used to fast pace work.
For a period of 3 months approx. it would be advisable they have experience of LAS.
Must be able to drive and have a car.
