About the Role:
Our client, a leading food manufacturer based in Bridlington, is currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join their production team. This is a great opportunity to start on a temp-to-perm basis with the potential to be trained up to become a Key Operative within the company.
As a Production Operative, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations on the production line. The position offers excellent training and career progression opportunities for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
⦁ Assist in the production process, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
⦁ Monitor and report on production line performance.
⦁ Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
⦁ Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
⦁ Opportunities for training and development to progress into a Key Operative role.

Skills and Experience:
⦁ Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.
⦁ A strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
⦁ Ability to work efficiently and effectively as part of a team.
⦁ Good communication and problem-solving skills.
⦁ Commitment to working safely and adhering to health and safety regulations.
