Shift Engineer,
Tottenham, North London

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Shift Engineer to join their team for a stand out role in North London. Avoid the hassle of commuting into the City of London. Our client is offering a generous package, including High Voltage training, annual bonus's, and exposure to a state of the art commercial property.

For this role, you will ensure PPM and Reactive maintenance is carried out, liaise with subcontractors, represent the company in a positive manner, and ensure all compliance is adhered to. This role follows a continental shift pattern (Days and Nights)

To be successful for this role, you will need to be fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) , at least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance, a polite and personable attitude and the ability to work well in a team and individually.

PPM (Planned preventative maintenance) & Reactive maintenance
Electrical Fault-Finding
Single & Three Phase Power
Emergency Lighting
Fire Alarms
HVAC
Pumps & Motors
AC
Tap Temperatures
Flushing
Water treatment
Filters
Belts
General Building Services
Requirements:

Fully qualified in either Electrical Installations or Mechanical Engineering (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent)
At least 3 years experience in commercial maintenance 
Experience in high or low voltage switching / shutdowns - Desirable, not essential 
A career driven and motivated attitude 
Polite and personable
Apprentice trained - Desirable, not essential 
Salary and Benefits:

£50,000 per annum 
High Voltage training provided + AP bonus 
One off payment for passing probation period
